HILLSBOROUGH TRUTH JOURNEY

Our students recently took part in a powerful educational visit to Anfield through The Real Truth Legacy Project. The experience offered them the opportunity to learn about the Hillsborough disaster, explore its lasting impact, and reflect on the importance of truth, justice, and community.

On Thursday 20th November, some of our students took part in an unforgettable visit to Anfield as part of The Real Truth Legacy Project. This initiative focuses on educating young people about the Hillsborough disaster, its impact, and the importance of truth and justice.

During the trip, students explored the historical context of the tragedy, learned about the experiences of those affected, and reflected on the lessons it teaches about responsibility and resilience. The event was described by the students as engaging and highly informative, sparking thoughtful discussions and deepening their understanding of this significant event in football and social history.

We are proud of how our students approached this sensitive topic with maturity and respect. Experiences like this help shape informed individuals who appreciate the value of truth and community.
