Open Evenings Success
This week we successfully delivered two of our best Open Evenings to date, both nights were a huge success with approximately 1000 visitors passing through school overall!
The feedback we have received has been overwhelmingly positive – a significant number of people commented on the warmness of staff, interactive and fun nature of the activities, cleanliness and attractiveness of the site and, most importantly, how much their child/children liked the school and could not wait to start in September!

“Good Morning, I felt it necessary to write a small thank you for a really enjoyable visit to the Open Evening yesterday (Tuesday). Our child thoroughly enjoyed his tour around site, meeting students and staff alike, alongside us and his friends. Our child is massively sociable, confident, and as you’d expect, we are extremely proud of him and all of his achievements thus far. Firstly, a huge shout out to our student tour guides (Tour Guide 70). The young ladies are a credit to the school and that of their parents/carers. We enjoyed all areas of the site, in particular, Science and PE. Again, all staff were extremely enthusiastic, warm and encouraging. As for the pasties, other than sublime, no more needed to be said… Overall, in its entirety, we found the environment of Rainhill High to be one of warm and welcoming and we look forward, hopefully, to him joining Rainhill High School to continue on his journey in his next chapter of education.
