Rainhill High students took centre stage at the second St Helens Secondary Schools All Stars Awards, a borough-wide celebration recognising young people who have demonstrated excellence, leadership, kindness and resilience throughout the year.
Held in front of Governors, primary Headteachers, community leaders and The Mayor, the event celebrated the very best of St Helens’ secondary schools. Rainhill High was proud to have several students recognised for their outstanding contributions both in and beyond the classroom.
We were delighted to welcome Councillor Anthony Burns, Leader of St Helens Borough Council, as the evening’s special guest. He spoke about the importance of recognising the achievements of young people who are shaping their communities in positive and powerful ways.
Supporting our fantastic students on the night were members of Rainhill High’s teaching staff, school leaders, Governors and Trustees, who came together to celebrate the achievements of our young people.
This year’s ceremony featured 11 award categories. Rainhill students were nominated in multiple categories, reflecting their leadership, environmental action, kindness, and creativity.
