The talented team comprises Year 9 pupils S. Barr and T. Fishwick, alongside Year 10 pupils C. Steen and B. Fishwick. Each swimmer has demonstrated tremendous dedication to the sport, balancing their academic studies with demanding training schedules and commitments to their respective swimming clubs.
Yasmine Burgess, PE teacher and Head of PSHE and Citizenship at Rainhill High School, expressed her immense pride in the team’s remarkable accomplishment.
“Each swimmer demonstrates exceptional passion, dedication and commitment to swimming for their own clubs, and it is fantastic to see them come together to represent Rainhill High School and achieve this success as a school team.
“Qualifying for the National Finals is a historic achievement for both the team and Rainhill High, and we wish all the girls the very best of luck as they prepare to compete on the national stage.”
