The government is not publishing performance data for any schools or colleges this year due to the varying impact of the pandemic.
Josie Thorogood, headteacher said: “We are incredibly proud of the hard work and achievements of Y11 students today. They have worked tirelessly, in uniquely challenging circumstances. Students have shown real character and resilience in the face of the pandemic. I am also very grateful for all the hard work of our teachers and the support of our parents to enable students to realise their potential. We know that our students are well prepared for their next steps and am delighted to see that so many of them are staying on at Rainhill Sixth to pursue their studies in A level and vocational courses. Congratulations to them all and we look forward to seeing what they will achieve in the future.”
